I had my eye on this bag since first finding out I was pregnant. I am glad that I decided to order it. It came quick and I believe it was fairly priced.
It fits normal sized bottles in the insulated pocket (this feature alone makes the bag worth it to me).
The only complaint I have, Which isn’t a dealbreaker, is that the top zipper can be a little tricky and I definitely can’t use it one handed.

When my bag came in the mail there was damage like a box cutter or something got to the leather through the package. I emailed a picture of the damage and they responded to me within 24 hours. Within 3 days they sent me a new tracking number for my replacement bag no questions asked. Great customer service. I love the bag. The fabric is super soft and I love how cushiony the shoulder straps are. Plenty big to fit everything you could need in it. My boyfriend loves wearing it too. Definitely gender neutral and you can’t even tell it’s a diaper bag. Get compliments and people asking where I got it all the time. Love it!

fantastic look and function. Backpack straps are exceptionally comfortable, I can still wear an Ergo or ring sling carrier with it. Easy to find what I want with the wide opening (and stay open top). Good sized drink bottle fits in side pockets and side pockets are also deep enough for my wallet and phone so super easy to grab with one hand.
Wish I’d had one with my first baby but glad I got one this time around.
Hubby says he won’t use it (too much like a ladies bag) and will stick to the black backpack we used last time. Good! I love having a great looking bag just for me.
